Begining of writing philosophy

To me writing can be insanely boring at times. But at other times it can be very enjoying and kind of relaxing at the same time. When i start I usually just siting their looking blankly off into space until a good enough idea or thought for a starting point comes about. Then i'll just start from their and go on with it as more and more thoughts come about. Or ill sit their and just write a bunch of ideas down on a piece of paper and then take the better ideas from that paper and build an essay from that. When i do write i tend to usually just do free writing of whatever comes to my mind first. But every now and then following guid lines of certain topics given to you to write about can intrest me quite alot. Some times i can write for ever if the topics interest me, and its something i can relate to in a way, that usually creates some of my better writings.

Certain templates make writing harder for me. Given the differnt topics and requirments and all the differnt styles of writing one can do makes it more complex and harder for me than to say a free write would be.

Writing is?..

To me writing is a way to express ones personal feelings or opinions through paper and pencil, or through which ever form they wish. Being as creative as one wishes.

I think the writer is trying to say that writing is being as creative and free flowing as one wants. Useing comments and opinions from others and your self to sort of spice things up. The writer mentions useing templates throughout the writing suggesting different templates to get you started off more easily, for better more creative writing.
